First, we would like to ask all foreign residents to take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. ultural festivals from various countries will be coming up this month, including the Maha Shivaratri festival celebrated in India and Nepal on March 11th, and the Irish festival, St. Patrick's Day on March 17th.

When attending these festivals in Tokyo, please make sure to take the following infection prevention measures. 

Do not attend events or dinners if you are not feeling well.

Also, do not take part in events or dinners when the venue is likely to be closed and crowded, and where infection control measures are not strictly enforced. 

Make sure to take all basic measures individually, such as social distancing, disinfecting hands, wearing masks and refraining from talking loudly.

If necessary, please consider new ways to have fun, such as staying at home or participating online.

3月11日のインドやネパールなどの「マハーシヴァラートリ祭」や、3月17日のアイルランドなどの「聖パトリックの祝日」を始め、これから様々な国のお祭りが行われますが、お祭りなどに参加する際は、次のような感染防止策を徹底してください。

体調が悪い場合は、イベントや会食に参加しないでください。

密閉、密集、密接になりやすい場所や感染防止策が徹底されていないイベントや会食には、参加しないでください。

ソーシャルディスタンスの確保、手指消毒、マスクの着用、大声での会話自粛など適切な感染防止策を徹底してください。

必要に応じて自宅で過ごす、または、オンラインで参加するなど新しい楽しみ方を検討してください。

Next, the downward trend in the number of Covid-19 infection in Tokyo is slowing down, and there is a risk that the infection may spread again. 

We ask everyone to refrain from non-essential outings both day and night.
