The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hold an online event titled "UNLEASH TOKYO," featuring speakers from both Japanese and overseas companies as well as influencers with a deep understanding of Tokyo that are also active internationally. 

Through presentations and panel discussions, speakers from foreign companies that have been successful in Tokyo as well as Japanese companies that are actively collaborating with foreign companies, and venture capital firms that invest in and support start-ups, will discuss the true attractiveness of Tokyo as a business city. 

The event will be held from Tuesday, March 9th through Thursday, March 11th, from 2:00 p.m. each day. 

Participation is free of charge. 

The online event "UNLEASH TOKYO" will be broadcast in English on the official Invest Tokyo YouTube channel.

Next, the number of new positive cases of Covid-19 infection in Tokyo is on the downward trend, however the rate at which they are dropping is slowing down and the situation remains unpredictable. 

If we do not thoroughly reduce the number of new infections and prevent a rebound, there is a risk that the number of infected people will increase rapidly again.

In addition, please take all basic measures against infectious diseases, such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently and avoiding crowded places, poorly ventilated spaces and close contact with others.
