“Garden Necklace Yokohama 2021” is an event where the city’s pretty flowers and greenery link “the town, people, and time” together, like beads on a necklace.

This year, the event will be held with sufficient measures against the new coronavirus in place.

March to April is the best time to see cherry blossoms and tulips.

Cherry blossoms can be enjoyed throughout the city, and tulips bloom in a multitude of colors at Yokohama Park, Nihon-odori, Yamashita Park, and Shinko Central Plaza.

This year, a new information center will open at the Yamashita Park Rest House for a limited time, providing information on the highlights of the flowers in Garden Necklace Yokohama!

A digital stamp rally around the photo spots of the mascot character Garden Bear will also begin.
