People who have received their second dose of the vaccine can prove they have been vaccinated with the “Certificate of Vaccination for COVID-19” attached to the vaccination ticket.

Please keep your vaccination ticket in a safe place, even after you have been vaccinated.

For those with plans to travel overseas, Shinagawa City is also accepting applications for the Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19 (vaccine passport).

Calls will be dealt with in English and Chinese, too.

現在、12歳以上のすべての方を対象に、ワクチン接種の予約を受け付けています。

2回目のワクチンを接種した方は、接種券に付属されている「新型コロナウイルスワクチン予防接種済証」で、接種済みであることを示すことができます。

接種券は、接種終了後も大切に保管してください。

また、海外渡航予定がある方を対象に、新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種証明書（ワクチンパスポート）の申請受付も行っています。
