Preventative measures that should be undertaken remain the same; ‘frequent hand washing with soap’ and ‘using an alcohol based hand sanitizer” when you get home, before and after cooking and before eating etc, ‘getting sufficient food and sleep’ in order to boost your immunity in everyday life, and following the “cough etiquette” through actions such as wearing a mask when coughing or sneezing.
