If you have symptoms similar to those of a cold and want to get examined at a medical facility, please consult your family doctor first.

If you do not have a family doctor, please contact the Yokohama City Covid-19 Call Center with a Japanese speaker.

A list of “medical facilities that provide medical care and testing for fever” is posted on the Yokohama City homepage.

Available languages are also listed, so please make sure you call before you visit your local medical institution.

People at low risk of severe symptoms who test positive through a free test or an antigen test kit, can choose to "recuperate independently" so that they can start their recuperation without waiting for a diagnosis from a medical institution.
