Vaccination tickets are being sent out sequentially to those eligible for the booster shot.

For people aged 65 or over who received their second dose of the vaccine by 13th September 2021, vaccination tickets were sent out by 7th March.

For those who received their second dose of the vaccine on or after 14th September, tickets will be sent out in order, as they hit the 6 month mark since their second vaccination.

For under 65’s, vaccination tickets were sent out by 7th March to those who had received their second dose by 27th August 2021.

Those who received their second dose after that date will be sent tickets sequentially.

If your vaccination voucher fails to arrive within a week of the scheduled shipping date, please enquire with the ‘Yokohama COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center’. 

Calls will be handled in eight languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Spanish, and Portuguese.
