The Omicron variant continues to spread.

If you have symptoms similar to those of a cold and want to get examined at a medical facility, please consult your family doctor first.

If you do not have a family doctor, please contact the following call center with a Japanese speaker:

If you can’t get through to the call center, a list of “medical facilities that provide medical care and testing for fever” is posted on the Yokohama City homepage, along with available languages.

Please make sure you call your local medical institution before you visit.

People at low risk of severe symptoms who test positive through a free test or an antigen test kit, can choose to "recuperate independently" so that they can start their recuperation without waiting for a diagnosis from a medical institution.
