Shinagawa City underwent major organisational restructuring in April in order to proactively develop new measures to realise the happiness or “wellbeing” of its residents, while responding to new issues arising from the coronavirus pandemic and the diversification of people’s lifestyles and values.

Contact points have changed as a result of organizational revisions.
