Public Service Announcement for Yokohama City

This week’s edition is on the “Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center”.

The “Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center” provides general information and consultations to foreign city residents.

It is located in the Yokohama Association for International Communications and Exchanges (YOKE) in the Yokohama International Organization Center on the fifth floor of Minatomirai’s ‘Pacifico Yokohama’.

If you have concerns or would like advice about everyday life, please use the Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center.

The center will also be holding its annual free legal consultation session for foreigners on Tuesday 26th November.

Opening Hours

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm

Hours on 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month: 9am-1pm  

*The center is closed at yearend and New Year, and on Sundays and national holidays.

Available Languages:

Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepalese, Indonesian, Tagalog, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

Specialist Consultations

Specialist consultations are provided free of charge, and an interpreter is available.
