Foreign residents of Shinagawa City who would like to enroll their children in municipal elementary or junior high schools for their compulsory education need to go through application procedures.

Application forms will be sent out in late September to those whose children have completed their resident registration.

For those who have not completed their resident registration and would like to enroll their children, please feel free to ask.

For enquiries please call the School Affairs Subsection of the School Affairs Section at Shinagawa City Office on 03-5742-6828.

Please be noted that enquiries should be made by someone who can speak Japanese.

住民登録のある方へ9月下旬に書類を送付します。
