HPV vaccinations are an effective way to prevent cervical cancer. Please take this opportunity to get vaccinated.

Those eligible are female residents of Shinagawa City who were born between 2nd April 1997 and 1st April 2013, and who have not previously received a total of three HPV vaccinations.

Vaccinations are administered at contracted medical institutions in the 23 wards.

To apply, please contact a contracted medical institution with the "vaccination screening questionnaire" sent by Shinagawa City.

If you have not received a "vaccination screening questionnaire", please apply for one through the Shinagawa City electronic application service.

子宮頸がんを予防するためには、HPVワクチンの接種が有効です。

ぜひこの機会に予防接種を受けましょう。

対象は、品川区内在住で、平成9年4月2日～平成25年4月1日生まれの女性で、過去に、HPVワクチンの接種を合計3回受けていない方です。

接種場所は、23区内の契約医療機関です。

お申し込みは、品川区が送付した「予防接種予診票」を持って、契約医療機関へご連絡ください。

「予防接種予診票」がお手元にない場合は、品川区電子申請サービスで、発行のお申し込みをしてください。
