Counter services at the Residents Support Section of Shiba Regional City Office will be available on the last Saturday of March and the first Saturday of April, when many people move in to or out of Minato City. 

Opening hours on Saturday 27th March and Saturday 3rd April will be from 8:30am to 5pm.

Please note that other regional city offices will remain closed.

Every Wednesday, Residents Support Section counters at all Regional City Offices are open from 8:30am - 7pm. 

Please keep in mind that the opening hours for Daiba Annex are 8:30am-5pm. 

The main items that will be dealt with during the additional opening hours are reception of notifications for moving in or out of the city or moving within it, applications for all types of certificates including the certificate of residence, seal registration, payment of residents' tax, national health insurance premiums, nursing care insurance premiums, and premiums for medical insurance for the elderly aged 75 or older, and Child Allowance applications. 

There are certain procedures that cannot be dealt with, so please check the March edition of Minato Monthly or the Minato City website for details.

Minato City impounds bicycles in accordance with the ‘ordinance on the prevention of abandoned bicycles and the maintenance of parking lots including those for bicycles'. 

The Minato City Silver Human Resources Center repairs and resells bicycles that have exceeded their storage deadline but are in good condition.

The day of the next sale is Sunday 14th March, and purchase applications for desired bicycles will be accepted from 10am-10:30am. 

After that, a lottery will be conducted to decide the order of the buyers.

The sale venue will be the Minato Recycling and Waste Management Office's Works Contact, located at 3-9-6 Moto Azabu, Minato City.

About 30 bicycles will be on sale and residents of Minato City will be prioritized.

Prices will be between about ¥8,900 and ¥10,900. 

A separate registration fee for theft prevention will also be charged.

Please note that the price will vary depending on the condition and specifications of the bicycle.

Purchased bicycles will be handed over at the venue and will not be shipped.

The subsection in charge at Minato City Hall is the Traffic Affairs Subsection of the Community Transportation Section.
