Public Service Announcement for Yokohama City

Yokohama City has prepared vaccination venues and time periods to suit everyone’s lifestyles.

This Golden Week, bookings and vaccinations will be possible on the day at some group vaccination sites.

For 12-29 year olds, booster shots using the Pfizer vaccine will be administered from Friday to Sunday on weekends until 20th May at “Kannai Dai-ni Kaijo”, and until 29th May at “WeWork MinatoMirai Kaijo”.

From 6th-7th May, and from 27th-28th May, vaccination will be possible at the Yokohama City University Medical Center venue from 10pm to 7am the next morning.

Individual medical institutions conduct vaccinations mainly on weekdays.

The third (booster) shot increases the efficacy of infection prevention and onset prevention, after the efficacy of the second vaccination has deteriorated.
