Typhoon No. 10 is located about 30 km southeast of Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and is moving east at 10 km per hour as of 2 pm.

The Kanto region, far from the typhoon, is also experiencing record-breaking rainfall.

Water levels in rivers are rising in many areas, and there are several areas that are flooded or submerged.

Please stay away from rivers with rising water.

There are areas in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama where evacuation orders have been issued due to landslide warnings.
