The Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center at the Yokohama Association for International Communications and Exchanges (YOKE) provides consultations in foreign languages on topics such as city and ward office-related systems and administrative procedures, facilities, daily life, and the latest events information.

English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean/North Korean, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian, Thai, Tagalog, Ukrainian and Japanese.

Times/Languages: 

Monday–Friday: 10am - 4:30pm

2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month: English, Chinese, Spanish and Japanese only 

*Hours on 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month: 10am - 12:30pm
