This week's edition is on Garden Necklace Yokohama 2023.

Garden Necklace Yokohama 2023" is set in the city of Yokohama, where the World Horticultural Exhibition will be held in 2027. It is an event that connects beautiful flowers and greenery like a necklace.

[Event Period] Saturday 25th March - Sunday 11th June 

Satoyama Garden: Saturday 25th March - Sunday 7th May

[Venues] Minato area (city centre waterfront area), Satoyama Garden, Yokohama City’s 18 wards

Along with the scenery of the port that symbolizes Yokohama, you can enjoy the changing seasons of flowers with cherry blossoms from late March, tulips from early April, and roses from early May.

As well as this, from 3rd May, “Yokohama Rose Week”,  a city walk event starring the city's flower, the rose, will be held too.

This year, there will be a “Gigantic AR Garden Bear” that will appear on the sea of Yokohama, and a digital stamp rally will be held across the flower attractions. 

Hotels in Yokohama will collaborate to offer limited-time collaborative menus and accommodation plans! And there will also be events to promote the appeal of ikebana, a traditional Japanese culture.
