This week’s edition is on COVID-19 vaccinations.

The period during which vaccinations are provided free of charge through special temporary vaccination will end on 31st March.

Some medical institutions may be crowded towards the end of the free vaccination period. If you have not yet received a vaccination but would like to get one, please consider doing so as soon as possible.

If you do not have your vaccination voucher, you will need to apply to get it reissued. Please contact the COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center’ by 1st March.

Reservations for COVID-19 vaccinations can be made online or by calling the ‘Yokohama COVID-19 Vaccine Reservation Call Center’.

Calls will be handled in nine languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Tagalog, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Calls will be answered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
