The ‘Shinagawa City Shopping Street Federation - Large Trade Festival’ will be held on Saturday 23rd November, from 10am - 4pm. The venue will be the area around Shinagawa City’s Small and Medium Enterprises Center.

There will be a variety of fun, good value events, including the ‘Shinagawa Popular Stores Corner’,  made up of stores in Shinagawa City, a hands on ‘Culture Corner’, a concert, singing and dancing, and a regional specialties fair.
