This week’s edition is on the Warm Biz Campaign.

Shinagawa City is promoting energy conservation and power saving measures between Friday 1st November and Monday 31st March 2025.

The city asks for your kind cooperation in wearing extra layers to adjust your body temperature, and using heaters appropriately, keeping the room temperature at around 20 degrees Celsius.
