Shinagawa City will provide Shinagawa City residents, who have been greatly affected by the spread of the new coronavirus, with the "Shinagawa Vitality Support Benefit".

The benefit amount will be ¥30,000 per person. 

Children of junior high school age and below will receive an additional 20,000 yen, for a total of 50,000 yen.

Application forms are being sent out to those eligible. 

Please return them in the enclosed reply envelope, after filling out the required items. 

Applications must be postmarked no later than Tuesday 10th November. 

¥50,000 yen will also be paid to children born between 28th April 2020 and 31st December 2020, who were registered as residents of Shinagawa City through birth registration.

Heads of households with such children are being sent application forms in order. Please see the form for the application deadline.

品川区は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大により、多大な影響を受けた区民の方に対し、「しながわ活力応援給付金」として、一人当たり3万円の給付を行います。

また、中学生以下のお子様には、2万円を加算し、5万円を給付します。

給付対象者には、申請書を郵送しています。

必要事項を記入の上、同封の返信用封筒に入れて返送してください。

申請の締め切りは、11月10日火曜日、消印有効となっています。

また、令和2年4月28日から、令和2年12月31日の間に生まれ、出生届により品川区に住民登録されたお子さんに対しても、5万円を支給します。

対象のお子さんがいる世帯主あてに,順次、申請書を発送しています。
