Shinagawa City residents who have purchased a bicycle helmet, will be subsidized with 2,000 yen’s worth of gift vouchers that can be used within Shinagawa City.

The subsidy is for helmets with a purchase price of at least ¥2,000, that meet safety standards and were bought new on or after 1st April 2023 by registered residents of Shinagawa City who have bicycle liability insurance.

The following three documents are required to apply for the subsidy:

The Shinagawa City designated application form,

A copy of a receipt or other document confirming the purchase of the bicycle helmet,

A copy of documents confirming that you have purchased bicycle liability insurance.

Applications can be made electronically through the Shinagawa City website, or by posting or taking  the necessary documents to the Traffic Safety Subsection of the Public Works Management Section at Shinagawa City Office.

The deadline for the postmark on applications is 31st March 2024.

品川区からのお知らせです。

自転車ヘルメットを購入した品川区民に対し、品川区内共通商品券2,000円相当を助成します。

助成対象は、品川区内に住民登録がある自転車損害賠償保険加入者が、令和5年4月1日以降に購入したヘルメットのうち、購入金額が2,000円以上で、安全基準を満たした新品のものです。

必要書類は、

・品川区指定の申請書

・領収書、またはレシートなど、自転車ヘルメットの購入が確認できる書類の写し

・自転車損害賠償保険への加入が確認できる書類の写し

以上、3点です。

申請方法は、品川区ホームページから電子申請、または、必要書類を、品川区役所土木管理課交通安全係へ郵送、もしくは持参してください。

令和6年3月31日消印まで有効です。
