Bookings for 4th dose COVID-19 vaccinations are now being accepted.

Those eligible are people aged 60 or over, and those aged 18-59 who have an underlying disease or are recognized by a doctor as being at high risk of developing severe symptoms if infected with COVID-19.

In either case, vaccination is conditional upon at least 5 months having passed since receipt of the 3rd shot.

The 4th dose vaccination period is currently due to end on 30th September 2022.

For this reason, eligibility is limited to those who received their 3rd dose vaccination by 30th April, and who will be getting their 4th dose vaccination by 30th September.

Details and updates will be posted on the Shinagawa City website from now on.

Calls will be dealt with in English and Chinese too.

新型コロナウイルスワクチン4回目接種の予約を受け付けています。

対象者は、60歳以上の方、もしくは、18歳以上60歳未満の方のうち、基礎疾患を有する方、その他、新型コロナウイルス感染症にかかった場合の重症化リスクが高いと医師が認める方です。

いずれも、3回目接種から5カ月以上経過していることが条件となります。

また、現時点でのワクチン接種の実施期間は、令和4年9月30日までとなります。

そのため、4月30日までに3回目接種を受け、9月30日までに4回目を接種する方が対象です。
