4th dose COVID-19 vaccinations will begin.

Those eligible are people aged 60 or over, and those aged 18-59 who have an underlying disease or are recognized by a doctor as being at high risk of developing severe symptoms if infected with COVID-19.

In either case, vaccination is conditional upon at least 5 months having passed since receipt of the 3rd shot.

Vaccination tickets will be sent out to those aged 60 or over in the order in which the third dose vaccinations took place.

If you are aged 18-59 with an underlying disease and would like a fourth vaccination, please check the Shinagawa City website.

Details and updates will be posted there from now on.

Calls will be dealt with in English and Chinese too.

新型コロナウイルスワクチンの4回目接種が始まります。

対象者は60歳以上の方、もしくは、18歳以上60歳未満の方のうち、基礎疾患を有する方、その他、新型コロナウイルス感染症にかかった場合の重症化リスクが高いと医師が認める方です。

いずれも、3回目接種から5カ月以上経過していることが条件となります。

接種券は、60歳以上の方には3回目接種を受けた順に順次発送します。

18歳以上60歳未満で基礎疾患等があり、4回目接種を希望する方は、品川区ホームページをご確認ください。
