You should call if:

1) You are experiencing problems such as being threatened or attacked because of crows' nests or as a result of chicks having fallen,

2) You are having problems because raccoons or civets have set up home in your attic,

3) You have spotted a non native species or you need advice regarding an animal on the road or in a park.
