During moving season, applications for large-sized waste collection increase, so it can be several days until the collection date.

Please apply as soon as possible once you decide to move.

Applications should be made to the ‘Shinagawa Large-sized Waste Reception Center’ by phone or via the internet.

The telephone number is 03-6733-5374.

Applications by telephone are accepted from 8am-7pm, except on Sundays and during the year end/new year holidays.

TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, tumble dryers, air-conditioners and laptops are not collected as large-sized waste.

You should enquire with the store where you are buying your replacement unit, or the store where you made your original purchase.

Alternatively, you can call the Home Appliance Recycling Reception Center on 0570-087-200.

For laptops, you should contact the respective manufacturer.

お申し込みは、電話、または、インターネットで「品川区粗大ごみ受付センター」へお願いします。

電話での受付は、日曜日と年末年始を除く、午前8時～午後7時までです。

テレビ・冷蔵庫・洗濯機・衣類乾燥機・エアコン・パソコンは、粗大ごみでは収集しません。
