From April, medical expense subsidies will start for high school students and others.

The subsidy is available to those who are raising high school students living in Shinagawa City. In the case of high schoolers who are not under the custody of anyone, the high schoolers themselves are eligible. Attending high school is not a requirement for the subsidy.

In late March, children entering elementary school in April will receive a “Child Medical Card”, and those entering high school will receive a “High School Student Medical Card (Maru-Ao Medical Card)”.

An application is required for the issuance of medical cards.

4月から、高校生等医療費助成が始まります。

品川区内在住の高校生などを養育する方が対象で、高校生などが、誰からも監護されていない場合は、本人が対象となります。

高校在学中か否かは問いません。

また、4月から小学生になるお子さんには、「子ども医療証」を、高校生などになるお子さんには、「高校生等医療証（マル青の医療証）」を、3月下旬にお送りします。

医療証の交付には、申請が必要です。
