March to April is moving season, so city office counters that handle moving procedures get very busy during this period.

As familiar contact points for the City Office, Shinagawa City’s community centers and administrative service corners perform some of the operations handled by the city office, such as issuing copies of residence certificates and seal registration certificates.

The services available at each community center and administrative service corner differ, so please check the homepage beforehand.

品川区内にある地域センターや行政サービスコーナーでは、区役所の身近な窓口として、住民票の写しや印鑑登録証明書の交付など、区役所で取り扱っている業務の一部を行っています。
