The Child Monitoring System "Mamorucchi" is Shinagawa City’s own crime prevention system. It uses GPS terminals and its aim is to protect the safety and security of children through mutual support and help in the community.

Operators handle communications in Japanese.

"Mamorucchi" will be lent out to children born between 2nd April 2017 and 1st  April 2018, who live in Shinagawa City and are due to enrol in a private, national, metropolitan, or international elementary school.

To apply, please take proof of enrolment to the Community Activities Section on the 6th Floor of  Shinagawa City Office Dai-ni Chosha, by 29th February.

品川区からのお知らせです。

児童見守りシステム「まもるっち」は、GPS端末を活用し、地域の支えあい・助け合いによって、子どもたちの安全安心を守ることを目的とする、品川区独自の防犯システムです。

オペレーターは、日本語で対応になります。

品川区内在住で、私立・国立・都立やインターナショナルスクールなどの小学校に入学予定である平成29年4月2日～平成30年4月1日生まれの児童に、「まもるっち」を貸し出します。

お申し込み方法は、2月29日までに、入学を証明できる書類を、品川区役所第二庁舎6階 地域活動課へ持参してください。
